Peggy Jeannette Spears Blackard's Obituary
Peggy Jeannette Spears Blackard, age 47, of West Fork, died September 21, 2013 at her home. She was born March 22, 1966 in Fayetteville to George and Judy Sebring Spears.
Peggy worked as a CPT at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale for twenty-three years.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Sebring of West Fork, her father, George Spears and wife Geri of Winslow, two daughters: Maddison Blackard and Sara Grace Blackard, both of West Fork; one sister, Christina Moncrief of Elkins; a niece, Amanda Duron; a nephew, David Moncrief, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday September 25, 2013 at Sunset Cemetery in the Sunset Community.
