Peggy (Margaret M.) Gamble's Obituary
Throughout a life punctuated by family and service, Peggy (Margaret M.) Gamble 94 of Bella Vista, AR passed away on April 7, 2025, in Springdale, AR. She was born on August 3,1930, in Pawnee City, NE to Everett and Melba Miller Williams.
Peggy was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bella Vista, AR for many years. She loved to sing in the choir and assist the church staff with service-oriented projects. Peggy was best known for her generosity, love, and kindness that extended to everyone.
She worked tirelessly in caring for the sick, the disabled, and anyone in need. Peggy was truly an extraordinary lady. With life coming around only once, she constantly immersed herself in looking outward beyond self to serve others. Peggy was a person that made you smile when you were around her. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Peggy is survived by her sons, Jeffrey L. Gamble (Mary Kay) of Omaha, NE, Joel A. Gamble (Patty) of La Quinta, CA, John H. Gamble (Yvonne) of Houston, TX, and Jeffrey S. Gamble (Sue) of San Francisco, CA. Her siblings include Richard Williams of Tuson, AZ and Wayne Williams of Wichita, KS. She was preceded in death by brother David Williams and sisters Carol Brockmeier, Doris Warwick, and Norma Kice.
Peggy had six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
She will be interred at Fayetteville National Cemetery with her husband, Captain Vale E. Gamble.
