Phyllis and I worked together for Mayor Hanna before she got sick. She was an amazing woman - smart, capable, a good friend. For years after she left she would call me here at the office - the phone # just stuck in her head I guess. I loved hearing from her and we always had a nice conversation. You have my sincerest sympathy. She was truly a very special person.
