Phyllis Creagh Lukas' Obituary
Phyllis Creagh Lukas, 72, of Fayetteville passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born January 21, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee the daughter of John and Helen Conley Creagh.
She was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville; member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Her hobbies were quilting and genealogy.
Survivors include her husband, Robert C. Lukas of the home, to whom she was married for 53 years; 1daughter, Lynne Lukas of Elkins, Arkansas; 2sons, Mark Lukas and wife, Donna of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Matthew Lukas and wife, Susanna of Austin, Texas; 9grandchildren and 3great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be at 10:00 AM Friday May 2, 2014 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville with Father Shaun C. Wesley officiating.
