Phyllis Diane Delp's Obituary
Phyllis Diane Delp, age 90, of Springdale, AR, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024. She was born February 4, 1934, in Ava, MO, a daughter of the late Dr. Marvin Gentry and Hortense Allen Gentry. Phyllis was a retired elementary school teacher, loved to paint pictures and play the piano. She had served as her church organist as a young lady. She was also preceded in death by her husband of sixty-six years, Dorman Delp.
Survivors are her children, Eric Delp (Amy), Melissa Hamilton (Donnie), Kendall Delp (Alicia); a brother, Dr. Michael Gentry; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, at Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with burial following in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
