I send my heart felt condolences. I have such fond memories of Polly. She stood out to me for the way she could effortlessly provide advice off the top of her head on complex real estate issues in the title business. But more than that, she stood out to me as a delightful, fun, pleasant person with whom I enjoyed every conversation I ever had with her.

Polly was a sweet, kind, and loyal Democrat. Perhaps the smartest real estate law person I have ever met. She could quote real estate law from memory while most attorneys had to research a question. The world was a better place with her here and less so without her. I will miss talking with her.
