Rhonda Lynn Goldberg, 51, of Wills Point, Texas died December 30, 2018 in Greenville, Texas. She was born to Jackie O'Dell on July 17th, 1967 in McKinney, Texas.
She spent her younger years in the Plano area, where she attended Plano High School. She moved to Wills Point ten years ago to make her home. Rhonda attended Eastfield College and would have graduated this month. She was enrolled in Texas A & M University in Commerce, where she would have obtained her bachelor's degree in substance abuse counseling. She recently married Marcus Goldberg on October 10, 2018 in Warrenton, Texas. Rhonda was an avid member of Alcoholics Anonymous group in Edgewood and was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her husband, Marcus Goldberg of Wills Point; her mother, Jackie Kornegay of Chandler, TX; son, Randy Evans of Texarkana, Texas; daughter, Renee Evans of Wills Point; brother, Rodney Kornegay of Chandler; sisters, Amber Nobles of Princeton, Tiffany Mitchelle of New Mexico, Renee Mitchelle Canku of Arizona, Barbara Mitchelle of New Mexico; three grandchildren, Malaichi Evans, Mayleigh Evans and Liam Goldberg and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 4:00PM, Tuesday, January 8th, 2019 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers, Arkansas.
