I always hoped that we would have a chance to spend some time together again but time passed too quickly. I enjoyed working in the LSP with Richard,we had a lot of fun and got a lot done. He was a good, reliable friend, and I will miss him

Very sad to learn of the passing of Richard who I worked with during his assignment to DEA New Orleans Office 1980s. Richard was a truly unique person and he will be missed by all that he touched on his journey thru life.
