hi Mary, I will miss Bob, I knew him thru MOVITE, great guy! Please accept my condolences. Linda
Hours spent with Bob and his family make up many of my childhood memories ... fun on Mockingbird Lane, those wacky Irish Setters, his convertible, his cooking, ski trips, and many more. I can still hear his booming laugh and will never forget watching this big ole dad jump from the pool "pump house" roof, flying over much concrete, into the pool below. To our other father, Bob, Rest In Peace.
Hello Mary,I remember how you and Bob used to exercise in the HPER pool together. I remember how you hummed and sang to him while you walked around in the water with him. I guess I'm trying to say that I know you miss him terribly. Bob was a neat guy. Much love and prayers to help you cope day by day.Love, Anna Marie (and Glenn!)
Dr. Alguire was my graduate advisor. I was always touched by how devoted he was to his wife, Mary - it was really sweet how much he adored her! One of the best things about academia is how we live on through our students, and Dr. Alguire influenced so many over the years. My condolences to his family.
I will miss Bob, but I won't forget the wonderful and interesting memories from having our offices next to each other.
Bob is one of the most decent human beings I have ever known. I met Bob through MOVITE and enjoyed every second I was privileged to spend with him. Though I was "only" a sub-professional I knew Bob valued my opinion and he was always ready to help in any way possible. I am truly sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you.Jim St.Clair
I am sorry to hear of the loss of this kind gentleman. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. May the God of all comfort (Psalms 83:18) comfort your family during this difficult loss. Please take care.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Mary. We are so very sorry for your loss.
I will miss Bob. When I lived as a bachelor during 1986 to 1991 in Fayetteville, Bob was very helpful. Our condolences to the family and especially to Mary. I am currently in WPAFB, Dayton OH until July 2nd week.
