Robert "Bob" Bova's Obituary
Robert ‘Bob’ Bova, age 66, of Johnson, AR, went to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus on August 17, 2022. The youngest son of the late Anthony and Louise (Miraglia) Bova, was born September 16, 1955 in Elmont, NY. Bob was an active member of Cross Church Fayetteville and Faith Riders, a motorcycle ministry. He served the community as a Johnson City council member.
Survived by his wife of 44 years, Sue Fetzer-Bova; his sons: Bryan Bova (Katie) and Jonathan Bova (Yvette); grandchildren: William, Thomas, Ava, and Harper; a brother Frank Bova and sister, JoAnn Regruto. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Bob will be missed as a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, godfather, papa, and pillar of his community. His spirit lives on in those left behind. The values he left in all of us to be selfless and giving will forever be felt in the wake of his legacy.
A memorial service will be held at Cross Church Fayetteville, Saturday, September 10, at 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Restoration Village, a local women's shelter. Donations can be sent to: 2215 Little Flock Drive, Rogers, AR 72756.
