I lived next door to the Crockett family when Bobby and I were 5&6. Bobby and my cousin Charles Sidney Gibson were best friends and I tagged along a lot. I went to Ole Miss and cheered for my Rebels, but followed Bobby’s career and was proud of his success. Thoughts and prayers go to the family. Peggy Bynum Mott
Loved when Bobby and Creed would take us to the river and throw us in the water... the ride to the river was scary and exciting all at the same time. Best way to start a float day!
But my fondest memory is when Jose and I visited him for dinner when he lived on the hill by the store. He cooked us an amazing steak and he had the prettiest walnut table. It was a special time in my life and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with such a legend!!! Bobby was a great guy and never met a stranger!
Jamey and I are so sorry for your loss. He will truly be missed among his family and friends. Keeping everyone in our prayers 🙏🏻

The man could crack me up within a minute after walking into a room, and I'm going to miss our conversations. He was an American patriot who loved his family, his country, and the American flag. He will be sorely missed. Brent Nunn
