Robert Edward Kennedy III's Obituary
Robert Edward Kennedy III, 56 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 in Fayetteville. He was born July 28, 1960 in Austin, TX to Robert Edward Kennedy, Jr. and Norma (Dolley) Kennedy. He attended Fayetteville Public Schools through junior high and attended Kemper Military Academy where he lettered in golf and basketball. He graduated in 1978 and moved to Austin, TX to attend Austin Community College then transferred to the University of Arkansas to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He has not been able to work for many years due to his health. Robert was very close to his family and stayed in daily contact with them. His interests included drawing, computers, and The Razorbacks. He is survived by his mother, Norma D. Kennedy of Springdale, AR, and two sisters, Karen Compton and husband Gary of Springdale, AR and Lauren Kennedy and husband David Foley of Frisco, TX. A Celebration of Robert’s life will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 21st in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with family comments at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. Memorial contributions may be made to Washington Regional Medical Foundation, P.O. Box 356 Fayetteville, AR 72702.
