We are so sorry to hear of Coach’s passing. What a great man. Mom always told the story when he’d stop golf practice in the old field house, when they jigged by. She thanked him, and apologized for the interruption, and he said he was proud she was jogging and didn’t want her to have obstacles. We have many memoirs through the years with all the family. We send our prayers for comfort for the coming days.

Bob was great friend and his boys are special. I remember all the years we played and worked together a Hillbilly Hollower Driving Range. Coach will be missed but always remember and love. Thanks for taking care of Shawn and I.

Coach Slusarek was my golf coach at the University of Arkansas in 1971. He was a very kind man, worked hard, a fun coach to be around and I know he will be missed by all that knew him. Prayers with the family and so sorry to learn of his passing.
