Roger Lackey's Obituary
Roger Dean Lackey, age 60, of Fayetteville, went home to heaven Sunday, May 15, 2021 in Fayetteville. He was born March 24, 1961 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of John and Maudie Keys Lackey. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Patsy Wiles and Sue Mounce; two brothers, Leroy Lackey and J. D. Lackey and a grandson, Christopher Lackey.
He was an employee of Dayco.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Lackey; a daughter, Michelle Lackey of Fayetteville; two sons, Aaron Lackey (Amor) of Goshen and Ricky Lackey (ShaLinda Sharp) of Rogers; six grandchildren, Molli Boyd, Makenzie Wolfe, Aylah Lackey, Joshua Rowlins, Jacob Lackey and Abby Rowlins; great-grandchild, Payton Wolfe and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Visitation will be held 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Harris Baptist Church followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm at the church. Burial will be McCord Cemetery, under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
