Ron "Ronny" Burl Bartlett's Obituary
Ron “Ronny” Burl Bartlett of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was called home on Saturday, January 10, 2026. He was born in Smithville, Arkansas, on January 4, 1942, and graduated from Walnut Ridge High School, where he was captain of the football team. He later went on to study at Ambassador College in Pasadena, California, and Bricket Wood, England.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life of 41 years, Lana Bartlett; his mother, Virginia Tyler; father, John Bartlett; and two siblings, Rick Cantrell and Rosalie Cantrell.
He is survived by his daughter, Mande Bartlett of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and daughter Jennifer (Andrew) Lieux of Huntingtown, Maryland, and by his beloved grandchildren, Andrew John Lieux and Ella Grace Lieux, also of Huntingtown, Maryland; his brothers, David (Liddy) Bartlett and Alan (Kay) Cantrell, both of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sister, Anita (Nathan) Howard of Lynn, Arkansas.
He was loved by many, including many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear lifelong friends.
In addition to his family and friends, he loved a great conversation, good meals, history, music, movies, and of course, his Arkansas Razorbacks.
He was truly one of a kind and will forever live on in the hearts of the ones who love him.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday at Moore’s Chapel with burial to follow at Son’s Chapel under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
