I was lucky enough to visit her a few times at the family’s farm, where she welcomed me as if I were one of her own. Even after more than 14 years, I can still remember the aroma of her cooking and the taste of her fried chicken — to this day, the best I’ve ever had. But beyond her cooking, what made those moments unforgettable was the warmth she carried in her heart.
Her generosity, laughter, and non-scientifically boundless energy will forever remain a testament to a life well-lived and a heart well-loved. She left behind not only cherished memories but also a legacy of love, hospitality, and joy that will continue to inspire everyone she touched.
