Rose Mae Boyle's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Rose Mae Boyle
Rose Mae Boyle, age 82, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior on March 24, 2026.
Rose was born on May 12, 1943, in Quinter, Kansas, to Earl and Luella Graham. She graduated from Quinter High School and went on to earn her degree in education at Fort Hays State College. As a teacher, Rose was more than an educator; she was a nurturer of young minds, known for her genuine care and her innate gift for making every student feel seen and valued.
On November 1, 1975, Rose married the love of her life, Scott Boyle, and together they shared 50 joyful years of marriage.
Rose was known for her gentle spirit, unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, and deep love for her family. Her warm, engaging smile could light up a room and put others at ease. She delighted in life’s simple pleasures: tending to her potted plants, reading her Bible, hosting family dinners, and offering encouragement through kind words and prayer. Her life was marked by faithful intercession; she was a prayer warrior who consistently brought her family before the Lord, with a special and tender focus on her grandchildren. She was a devoted member of Christ Community Church in Bentonville.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Boyle; her children, JoAnn (David) Smith, Todd (Wendy) Boyle, and Justin (Yuko) Boyle; her grandchildren, Jess, Aaron (Naomi), Leah, Belen, Elizabeth, Hannah, Eliana, Ammi, Maya, Emma, Taiki, Ma-Kun, Naoki, and Hiroki; one great-granddaughter, Isla Rose; her foster grandchildren, Nelson, Asher, Josue and Papa; her brother, Don; and her sisters, Shirley and Sharon. She now joins her parents and two older brothers in eternal rest.
A celebration of Rose’s life will be held at the Bella Vista Community Church (75 E Lancashire Blvd, Bella Vista) on April 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Chris Taylor officiating.
In honor of Rose’s passion for life and compassion for others, the family welcomes flowers or memorial gifts to the Boulder Pregnancy Resource Center (2334 Broadway, Suite D, Boulder, CO 80304).
"Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her." – Proverbs 31:28
