We were very sad to read of Cliff's passing. He was someone that we always liked and missed when he moved to Fayetteville. He will be missed by all that knew him. Our prayers will be with his family.
Prayers for you Ms Jean. Cliff and I had good times together. He was always so positive and encouraging.
Cliff and I played in the dirt under my great grandparents front porch when we were 1-5 before we went to school. We always thought their garden, out back, was the Garden of Eden. It really looked like it.After high school we lost touch for a few years but there was always a special bond. Born exactly 1 week apart to-mothers that were best friends. He was always my special friend. We went separate ways but there was always a love in our hearts for each other. I will miss you my sweet friend
I remember coming to the house to visit Cliff with Mark when we would come to Portland to be with family. Cliff was one of the sweetest, most soft spoken, and positive people, I'd ever met. He always had a smile and I looked forward to each visit.
Our prayers are with you, Mrs. Jean.
Love,
Mark and Debbie Borgognoni
I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of the Tarvin family. Betty Ann Weatherly
Cliff was one of my mentors at 837, and he was also a great friend. I never heard that man complain about anything. He was one of the happiest people I think I know, and I’ll always compare my walk with God to his. I will never forget him. Daniel McKinzie
I grew up in Portland, Arkansas with the Tarvin family and what I remember most about Cliff was how friendly he was. Even at school, he always had a smile on his face! Prayers. Susan (Reed) Bean
