So sorry I was out of town and didn't know in time to be there. I always enjoyed my visits with Mrs Lehman she was always so friendly to me . We had lots of good talks and she would show me her pictures and tell me about them and tell me all about her nicknacks.and who gave then to her. She would get so excited .
She always said I was part of her family too. I thought it was so neat that she and my Mother was born on the same day and year. My prayers are with you and may God give you peace and comfort and I know you did a good job taking care of her. I pray all of you have given your heart to the Lord but if you haven't now is the time before its too late. What a beautiful day when our time comes we are ready to meet the lord. A little poem I wrote may it be a blessing to you.

Dearest loving family,
We all love you very much and our prayers are with you during this difficult time. All of the YOUNG family has such fond memories of the times we spent in Fayetteville with the Lehmans. Although I was really young at the time, I recall going on some creek trips and Uncle Trueman cooking out. Aunt Ruby was such a gracious hostess, and she always made us feel welcome. In fact, Jean, Les, and I were reminiscing about the fun times we had there, and Jean told me about when Uncle Trueman, Aunt Ruby, Margie, and Bobbie all took her and grandma on a long tour of Beaver Lake. She said she still remembers the fun time they had, and had it not been for that trip, she would never have known how beautiful Beaver Lake was. All of us had great times! Aunt Ruby was such a wonderful person, mother, aunt, friend, Christian, etc. One thing I know is that on May 3rd, God healed her. She received divine, and total healing that only God can give. She is in a happy, wonderful place, reunited with the love of her life, and all of her other loved ones who preceded her. I know my mom ran to welcome her with a loving embrace. She is happy, whole, complete, and she wouldn't return for anything. Left behind, however, are her loving family. May you all have peace knowing Ruby Lehman is with God, in heaven. May God grant you strength and courage in your time of need. Remember all of the wonderful times, and know you will be reunited again one day. We all love you.

Dear loved ones,

We are all so sorry for your loss. Aunt Ruby set a wonderful, Christian example. She was a blessing to all those around her. Our mother (Mildred Lehman) loved her dearly. and was always so thrilled with the wonderful letters and cards Aunt Ruby sent her when she was able to. We also all remember with gratitude how wonderful she and Margie Ann were to grandmother. I know she is blessed for her many acts of gracious kindness. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We will always remember the great times and wonderful hospitality we received on every visit to Fayetteville. Aunt Ruby lit up the room when she walked in. She loved her family very much, and she always treated everyone with love and kindness. I know how very much you will all miss her. Our prayers are with you in your time of great loss.

sorry i could not make there but my squadron would not let come plus i am out to sea, i really wish i could be there i am truly sorry pa that i can not be there i will miss mother dearly, i wish i really could be there i am so sad. Please give everybody my love and i am sorry icould not be there.
