So sorry to hear about Ruby. We just got back from Branson so didn't hear about her passing. She was a special lady to Wiggins family. Always willing to do her part. She would send flowers to my Mom that she bought for church and would visit her at City Hospital. And always asked how she was doing. She will be missed.Pat Watkins.
