I'm a year too late giving Sanford's family my condolences. I only spent time with him for a short while, probably in the late '90s when we were both members of the Presbyterian church. We had guitar picking in common. He was a great musician and we had some fun times together playing at church. He tried to teach me a few things, but his abilities were way beyond mine! I live in Nashville, TN now, persueing my dream as a songwriter. Tonight a memory of Mr. Priest popped into my head, so I just thought I would "google" him to see if I could find anything about him. I was sad to see he had passed away last year. I offer his family and friends my condolences. I'm proof that he is not forgotten! God bless Sanford and his family.
