I enjoyed getting to know Sara Jo in Sunday school class. She always greeted everyone with kind words and a lovely smile. After church one Sunday after the choir cantata, I remember speaking with her about how much it meant to her.What a great lady. She will be missed.

I,m so sorry for your loss, and our loss too. She played bridge at my house last Tuesday and was her usual joyful self. She always commented about my beautiful, peaceful backyard view. Our family was saddened to hear of the loss of Sara Jo, a true southern lady. We so enjoyed living next door to Sara Jo and Bill during our years in Forrest City. Both were very caring and kind to us. My daughters Rebecca and Lindsey send their condolences as well. When I shared the news with Lindsey she remarked, "oh no, she was so sweet". How true.
We will miss Sara Jo. I regret missing the whole family and the service. My son Chip and Daughter Sally Kay are happy to come to see the family and attend the service. Our family has had many great family reunions in several places. I made a late decision not to come because of age, weather and a recent illness.
