I read in the Amarillo paper that your Mom had passed away. I am so sorry to hear it. She was such a nice woman and a great Mother. I wanted to call you earlier this week but have been putting in 10-12 hour days at work. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this most difficult time.

Floyd and I were friends with Scottie and Jr. in Cactus Texas and also in Amarillo. I have lots of fond memories. Please accept our sympathy.
I was so sorry to hear about Scottie. I knew both her and Junior before they were married. We lived at Cactus and went to school in Dumas. Robert and I were classmates. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Scottie and I were friends in High School and afterwards we married brothers....she married Leonard and I married Luther. We have been life long friends and she was truly a FRIEND. Scottie always had a smile even in hard times; she was a good woman. She raised two lovely and talented daughters who are so much like her. A fine legacy from a fine lady.
I love all of you, her family. May God grant you peace.

Memories of your Mom are some of my favorite childhood memories. She was a very special lady and I know she will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to you as I know what you are feeling, my Mom has been gone almost 10 years and Dad for almost 4.
