When Seng arrived at our home we were told he was 14, but he was l9! He had a wonderful smile, quick to laugh and quickly became an older brother to our 3 young sons. Our hearts are sad for his family and that we were not able to see him before he died. He was a good man…
I would like more info on his life and reason for his death. We are the foster parents of Seng. We welcomed him into our family from a refugee camp. He stayed with us for 3 years. He went to Arkansas with the family of his girlfriend, Amy and daughter Samantha. We heard from him sporadically both from Arkansas and Laos. Seng was a respectful young man of 19. He went to Edison Tech for a year to study auto mechanics. When he left us he was still trying to master the english language. He was athletic and spirited. He loved Bruce Lee.
