Shane Steven Anders' Obituary
Shane Steven Anders passed away on May 9, 2025 in Bentonville, AR, he was 48. Shane was born February 4, 1977 in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona to Clayton “Ed” Anders and Susan “Sue” Robben.
Shane was raised in Nowata, Oklahoma and graduated from Oologah High School in 1995. In 1998, Shane graduated from Coffeyville Community College and then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University in 2000. Shane relocated to Arkansas with his young family to begin his career as a Construction Manager with a prominent construction company. As a confident and assertive individual, it was not long before Shane decided to venture out and start his own successful concrete company.
Shane was a special person to many people. He had a giving heart and cared deeply for others around him. Throughout his life, he developed an interest in many things, including fishing, hiking, camping, wrestling, football, basketball, video games, trading cards, and cars. His favorite interest was second to none, his family. Shane had a deep love and admiration for his children that continues even with his passing.
Preceding Shane in death were his parents, Ed and Sue Anders; brother, Billy; and sister, Chasity.
Shane is survived by his precious children, Alissa, Lane, Cole, Jayce, Bentley, Beckham, Sutton, and Brave; siblings Dawnna, Dean, Kenny, Kim, Byron, Sandy, Katie; and his forever best friend, Johnie Manley.
Services will be held at Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville, AR. Visitation will be on Tuesday May 20, 2025 from 12:00–1:00pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00pm. Burial services will conclude at Bentonville Cemetery. Pallbearers include: Chris Gillman, Justin Wintjen, Leyton Manley, Canaan Manley, Calan Manley, Caleb Baker, and Reed Graham (honorary).
