Dear McWha/Langham Family,
I had an opportunity to work with Mrs. Shelby at Pat's Gift Shop sometime in the early 2000s. She was such a kind hearted friend and I loved getting to know her. Many times afterward I ran into her at homeschool events and Fellowship Bible Church. She was so precious and I know she will be missed by her loved ones. May you find consolation in the anticipation of seeing her again in eternity. Oh what a day that will be!
With sincere sympathy,
Julie Nichols
I attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and played for the Lady Razorbacks in the early 1980's. John Sutherland was the assistant coach and attended Central Baptist Church.
Diane Burns invited me to church and I never looked back. I was baptized by pastor Bernie and Shelby did one on one bible studies with me. Fast forward almost 40 years later and I am living in Wisconsin and running youth basketball programs (Higher Level Camps) and living each day for Jesus. God has used me in ways in never thought possible to lead others to Christ, but it all started with my time in Arkansas and The Central Baptist Church Family.
We also would do Sunday lunches after church with the McWha's. Their hospitality was 2nd to none. Well done good and faithful servant.
Thank you for investing in this Yankee and there are glorious days ahead for all eternity when we will be worshiping with Pastor Bernie and Shelby.
Blessings to All of You

I watched this beautiful lady as she and her family exhibited the true love of Christ and become a mentor for young families as ours. My parents traveled to Japan to encourage them. What a wonderful tribute to her loved ones.We shall gather around the throne once again and worship together.
Shelby was a very special, Godly lady. Proverbs 31 describes her best. She was a very influential friend to Denise and me.
Shelby was a wonderful hostess. I was always made to feel like part of the family when visiting her home. While I was in Japan, I remember those early morning calls to come over for breakfast. Those calls were a great start to my day. Shelby, I’ll never forget the warmth of your home.
Shelby has been my Mother figure, my friend and my sister in Christ..........she will be dearly missed. You are a huge inspiration to me and my sons, I loved you so much.
