Stephen L. Plant's Obituary
Stephen L. Plant, 65 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 in Fayetteville. He was born August 27, 1947 in Colorado Springs, CO to Thomas Plant and Dorothy Edith (Caughman) Plant.
He was a University of Arkansas Alumni where he earned his B.S.B.A. in Marketing, the Chief Executive Officer for Sign Co, a former veteran’s service officer at The University of Arkansas, a member of the American Legion, and a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his daughter; Stephanie Pearson and husband Bruce of Springdale, AR, his partner Polly Parnell, step daughter; Kristen Davidson and husband Ronnie of Fayetteville, AR, step son; Shane Parnell and wife Malia of Columbia, MO, three brothers; Max Plant and wife Anna of Lowell, AR, Jon Plant and wife Sunny of Tuckaway, TN, Donald Plant of Flint Creek, OK, two sisters; Sue Dudley and husband Jerry of Fayetteville, AR, Gina Odem of Ft. Smith, AR, and seven grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Monday October 1, 2012 at Fayetteville National Cemetery with Dr. H.D. McCarty officiating.
