Dear Topping family, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember watching Stephen grow up here in Pine Bluff at school and seeing him at First Baptist Church. Know that you are in our prayers and will continue to lift your family up to our Lord. God Bless.

Stephen worked at Bekaert Inc. for the last 7 months. It was only a short period of time, but the bond was established very quickly due to Stephen's great work ethic. Stephen was a great team member, always helping, putting others first. Great memories of Stephen will be in our heart's for ever.
