Steve, will always be remembered, as a
brother to me..In our early years together, Steve was an inspiration, and a
guiding light. He was always so full of life, and compasion, for others. Steve, always had the ability to see good, in any
seemingly bad situation..I will miss him..
I really enjoyed knowing Steve from the 60's music groups. We knew each other back when music was indeed the international language of our time. I remember The Pirate's Nook, The Dunes and other places we all frequented during those times. I am saddened by his passing.
I was a friend of Steve's For 40 years. Last contact was a couple of months ago via telephone. As usual Steve was in true form. Jokeing and laughing and remembering old times. I will miss Steve and will think of him often. God Bless Steve....

steve was the ultimate entertainer...we talked often during the last few years...i will miss him...peace to you steve
Steve Davis was our lead singer in "Just Us Five" a successful show-band in the 60's. I was the drummer and have known Steve since 1963. Steve, myself and the rest of the band lived, worked, partied & spent many years side-by-side. Steve was a rare talent and was well known thruout the S. States as a great entertainer by 100's of thousands of people. I was the youngest member of Just Us Five and Steve taught me many things about "Presenting Yourself". We (Band) have so many memories of our escapades we could talk forever. Thank you Steve for being a BIG part of my life...then & now. See you later...Sid
I've known Steven for 36 years. We worked at The Old Church together in Dallas, Texas during the Hippie Days. He was the most wonderful friend; always making me laugh, cheering me on. I loved listening to him sing and play his guitar. I just loved talking to him. We could talk for days and days. We laughed, we cried, we walked, we talked. I am honored to have known such a loving, giving person. I miss you Steven. I will always love you.
Namaste my dear friend,
Carolina Logan
I and my crew, Charles Cark, Phillip Jefferson, Odis Morrow, Jeff Kirk, Ervel MacAtee, and Byron Todd, very much enjoyed working with Steve. He was a good person, and a good person to work with. He will be Missed.
