Steven Justin Vivod's Obituary
As the old adage goes, they broke the mold when they made him, Well………. There was never a mold for Justin. He was shot out “like a blazing star” by some quark of the universe. For those lucky enough see his light, love and laughter could be absorbed regularly. While he was not formally educated, Justin managed to make more sense out of the world than even the most distinguished scholars. He was a problem solver for many, often times, the people he helped had no idea there was even a problem. He spent his days working outdoors on construction projects and cars, the latter being his passion. Justin’s mechanical prowess will never be matched; I believe he knew more about engines than Henry Ford himself………. he never met a car he didn’t want to make faster. His carpentry skills were so finely honed and renowned that he worked for himself for most of the last twenty years without even as much as a business card. He was also amazing at drumming, cooking, gardening, canning and pickling. His hot sauce shared success locally at Saddle Bock Brewery where it had become a mainstay.
While his light is no longer visible, his presence radiates from all of those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. A GREAT MAN!! HE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!
He is survived by; his mother Audrey Steele of Prairie Grove, AR, his father Steve Vivod and wife Donna of Columbia, SC, his step-father Brad Steele of Farmington, AR, his sister Brandy Jensen of Gaylord, MI, his sister Cassie Thompson and husband Josh of Prairie Grove and children Sydney Watson, Farron Watson, Chandler Thompson and Pryor Thompson, his brother Keith Steele and wife Emily and children Braylen Steele and Beckett Steele, His roommate and best friend Susie Byrd and their furry friends Huck, Frank, and Lily.
