Stuart Martin Rosso's Obituary
Stuart Martin Rosso, 52, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, October 1, 2011 in Fayetteville. He was born February 9, 1959, in Houston, TX, to John Martin and Jean Burnett Rosso.
Stuart was a past board of director’s member for The Fayetteville Youth Baseball League where he also volunteered his time as a coach. He was also a youth league basketball coach and has been a volunteer for The United Way and March of Dimes. He was an avid golfer and Razorback fan. Stuart loved nature and being outdoors, whether it was taking walks, riding his bike, playing golf, or being on the Buffalo River. Family and friends were very important to Stuart, and he thought of his step children as his own He attended Central United Methodist Church and was employed by FedEx for 28 years.
He is survived by three daughters, Lauren Rosso of Fayetteville, AR, Erin Ternes of Escondido, CA, and Elle Ternes of Fayetteville; two sons, Justin Ternes and John Michael Ternes of Fayetteville, AR; parents, John and Jean Rosso of Fayetteville, AR; one sister, Karen Rosso of Fayetteville, AR and one brother, Rick Rosso and wife Sharon of Fayetteville, AR, special friends Rhonda Crider, Ann Rosso, Linda Hankins, and a host of friends and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday, October 5th at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville with Reverend J. Anthony Holifield officiating.
