Judith (Judy) Forshay
I may have already written a message to her family but am not sure so will write something today--just in case I failed to do this. I am a friend of Susie's through a southern group that formed in Minneapolis-Saint Paul--called the "Magnolia Club." We gathered about 4x a year and in time formed some meaningful friendships with other southerners living in Minnesota. Everyone loved Miss Susie! She and my daughter Ann Marie were very good, close friends. After she left Minnesota she still kept in touch and once even joined us for a weekend, when we visited a town in the south. I think, perhaps , it was in Savannah. Unfortunately, we lost touch and her address must have changed. Both she and my daughter divorced after Susie lived in Minnesota, so that made it harder to trace. Somehow, we did learn--sadly--that she had died. I will try now, with the information in this obituary, to locate one of her boys in order to write them about their precious mother.
