Susan Ann Johnson's Obituary
Susan Ann Johnson, age 66, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away Thursday November 6, 2025. She was born September 11, 1959 in Fayetteville to James and Lorene Smith Patrick. Susan worked at Washington Regional Medical Center and Hannah’s Candle in Fayetteville. Upon retiring from Hannah’s, Susan became a home maker. Susan loved tailgating during Razorback Football season but her biggest passion was the yearly trips she and her husband, Mark took on their motorcycle across the country.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lorene Patrick
She is survived by her husband Mark Johnson; one daughter, Jessica Knox and her husband Jon of Farmington, Arkansas; her brother, Kent Patrick and his wife Devona of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one grandson, Trey Williams; two granddaughters, Holly (Andrew Stark) and Julia (Colton Cook). One nephew, Easton Patrick, “I love you the moon and back”, 2 great grandsons and one on the way and her extended family, the Arkansas Officials Association.
There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville.
The family would like to thank Willard Walker Hospice as well as the doctors and nurses that gave Susan such great care, Dr. Edward Yang, Ning Sparkman, Danielle Thomas, Patti Holcroft, Arlene McAdms and Alma.
