Tamra Jean Warford's Obituary
Tamra Jean Warford, of Fayetteville, passed from this life suddenly on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 60 years young. She was born on September 5, 1961, in Chelan, Washington to Dean Wesley and Geneva Lucille Skelton Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Tamra was well known and well loved by all who knew her. She spent many years travelling and singing for the Lord. As a child she would sing gospel music on the radio. As she grew, she would play piano in churches and sing. Tamra and her husband Terry lead the gospel singing group Freedom for 20 years. They travelled to many churches and events singing gospel music. She was an active Sunday School teacher, piano player, and prayer warrior.
Tamra loved her family. Her favorite moments were time spent surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Holidays, birthdays, and dinners were meaningful moments for her. She loved to be able to cook and provide for her family. She was a beautiful person with a loving spirit and she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Tamra is survived by her husband of 43 years, Terry Warford; her children Casey Warford and his wife Kimberly, LeAnn Skelton and her husband Joe, and James Warford and his wife Charissa; grandchildren Wesley Warford and his wife Nancy, Whitney Warford, Grant Skelton, Jerin Warford, Andrew Skelton, Xander Warford, Xyleigh Warford, Eli Warford, and AJ Warford; brother Thaddeus Baker and his wife Barbie; sister Teresa Steward and her husband Lenny; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
A private memorial for immediate family will be held at a later date.
