Teddy Roy Belvin's Obituary
Teddy Roy Belvin, 70 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in Rogers, AR. He was born April 7, 1945 in Wynnewood, OK to Roy Belvin and Ruby (Gassaway) Belvin. He graduated from East Central State College Ada, Oklahoma, in 1973 with a degree in Marketing. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and started his career as a District Manager with the Boy Scouts of America, then he pursued a career in Healthcare Administration where he retired; he was also a passionate and devoted member of Trinity Fellowship Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Ruby Belvin and older brother Leroy Belvin.
He is survived by one daughter; Kristin Smith and husband Brett Smith of Lowell, AR, one son; Jon Belvin of Lowell, AR, one brother; Mike Belvin of Jay, OK, two sisters; Rhonda Schultz of Norman, OK, Tammy Ward of Pauls Valley, OK, eight grandchildren; Adam Smith, Jacob Smith, Ryan Smith, Nicole Herrington, Cole Jones, Laine Belvin, Casey Belvin, Faith Belvin, and two great grandchildren; Abel and Eden Herrington.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, AR.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday April 17th at Trinity Fellowship Church in Fayetteville with Reverend Darren Rogers officiating. Entombment with Full Military Honors will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
