Terry Anne Phillips' Obituary
Terry Anne Phillips, age 64 of West Fork, died Saturday November 5, 2011 in Springdale. She was born July 30, 1947 in Independence, Missouri to Derrel and Anne Gregory Workman.
She is survived by her husband Dean Phillips; three daughters, Tammy Andujar-Johnson of Texas; Elizabeth Coble of Savannah, GA; Heather Walker of West Fork, AR; son, Derrell Walker of West Fork, AR; two sisters, Sherry Bell of Wesley, AR; Kathy Floyd of Warsaw, MO; sixteen grandchildren, Mitch Johnson, Destry Johnson, Fallon Johnson, Evan Johnson, Kara Johnson, Aidan Johnson, Bella Johnson, Shayla Coble, Andrew Coble, Coltin Walker, Dalton Marrs, Myrya Bradshaw, Cyra Bradshaw, Justin Magadan, J.P. Magadan and Jordan Magadan.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday November 8, 2011 at Moore’s Chapel.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Moore’s Chapel with burial at Baptist Ford Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville.
