I just learned of Terry's passing ( 6/11/2021) and wanted to express my sorrow. I lost touch with Terry but recall our Kimball Jr. High & Larkin High School days with him. It was a joy to play basketball with Terry, and he was a pure shooter, with great form. His wry sense of humor remains in my mind. To Terry's family I send continued best wishes and hope that time has helped heal your pain.
Terry I wish I could make it to say my good byes to you. But we know its what is in my heart that really matters. We have had many years of you and my sister since you have been together. Many fun times and some sad times as well. I always loved when we were able to travel to Arkansas to visit you both. We always had a blast. I love you my dear brother in law and will miss seeing you in this world. But we will be seeing each other again. When you see Ricky & Mom in heaven please tell them I love them and give them big hugs and kisses for me.
Terry was my first love (6th grade Willard school). he, me (Judy Seyller) and Mary Beith hung out together. He was the captain of our volleyball team, which he named " The Worm Eaters). We signed the top of his head (don't know why) before each game. I met Terry again when he sold his South Elgin home on Adam Drive. My Real Estate name is Judy LoBianco Nelson. Sure wish Terry could have come to one of our Larkin High School reunions.
My heartfelt sympathy to whole your family and I am so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. He would work the flower bed right outside of my office and he was always such a happy, go-lucky guy that loved what he was doing. He was one of the hardest working guys! I always enjoyed talking and discussing flowers with him. He always had a smile and a good attitude! Rest in peace Terry.
Your friend, Lori
He was a talented athlete and great competitor in both scholastic and ‘backyard’ games. He was fun-loving and loved telling great stories. He will be missed! Comfort and joy in the hopes of a life eternal! Larry & Cindy Drafall
