Thelma Mullins' Obituary
Mrs. Thelma D. Mullins, 89 of Springdale, AR passed away Saturday, March1, 2003 in Springdale. She was born August 16, 1913 in Spanish Fort, TX to Bill and Alice (Pickens) Cain. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Four daughters; Gloria Arnce of Indio, CA, Penelope Garner of Springdale, AR, Pat Simmons of Springdale, AR, Wanda Worshin of Duncan, OK, one son; Billy Jack Mullins of Gadsden, AL, two brothers; Bud and Jack Cain both of Wilson, OK, two sisters; Edith Vernon and Dove Fowler both of Wilson, OK, fifteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren survive her.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Duncan, Oklahoma.
