Thomas Carl Terrell's Obituary
Thomas Carl Terrell Jr. (Dr. Tom), age 77, of Independence passed away Tuesday September 15, 2020. He was born December 20, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Thomas Sr. and Wilma Freeze Terrell. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by two daughters, Terri Terrell and Kappi Terrell both of North Carolina; two sons, Tony Terrell of Rogers, Arkansas and Alonzo Terrell of Fayetteville; eight grandchildren, Willa, Ruth, Arabella, Olive, Alexandria, Thomas, Aaron and Noah.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pet Partners, a nonprofit organization providing animal therapy to those in need. Donations may be made directly to the website at petpartners.org
