Don, If words could help I would talk to you every day. I do know what you have been going thru, I know it hurts and you wonder if there was anything you could have done. Don't let it get you down. My brother, Gary was really upset when I called him about it, he and Tony used to buddy around together, even did some painting together when he first came home from the service.
Please know that our thoughts are with you and if anything can be done to help you and your family thru this time please call me.

We are so sorry to hear of Tony's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
Tony & I hung out together alot in the mid '60's and I lost contact with him after entering the US Army. I looked for him at the annual Dyess reunions, but he never came. I'll never forget the big old Lincoln Continental he purchased from a used car dealer in Osceola for $100.00, that was a great old car. Tony will be missed, and I am so sorry for the family and their loss. My Prayers are with you.
We lived next door to Brady and Purnie at Dyess. And Floyd lived near by for a while. MAY GOD HELP THE FAMILY THROUGH THIS.
I was surprised but enjoyed a phone call from Tony about two weeks ago--out of the blue! He was so friendly and we visited like old times. I was shocked to hear about his sudden passing. A lost opportunity for reaquaintance. I'm sorry for the family. My condolences.

I will miss you Tony. I don't think I will ever turn on the radio again without thinking of you. You always had a kind word and a smile when I was having one of those days. You never judged, you would just listen and nod your head. Thank you for that. I was thinking about when you were talking about your sons, that pride and love in your voice, that big, big voice. You were so proud of them!!! I just wanted to write something and let your family know how sorry I am, and what I good person you were to me.
Love & Prayers,
Jackie B.
I worked in radio with tony in Austin, oklahoma city and San Diego. I just hear about his passing. Tony was the finest radio voice I ever worked with in my 30 plus years in radio. He will be missed.
