Trinity Kay Costales' Obituary
Trinity Kay Costales, age 19, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, died on January 13, 2022, at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 22, 2002, in Springdale, Arkansas, to Harry and Crystal Vance. Trinity was a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas and had recently become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She will be missed by all her friends and family.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 28, 2022, at West Fork Cemetery in West Fork, Arkansas, with Jan Throgmorton officiating.
