Velma Pearl Fraley's Obituary
Velma Pearl Fraley, age 96, of Greenland, died Tuesday, December 2, 2014 in Fayetteville. She was born October 7, 1918 in Hazel Valley, Arkansas, the daughter of Edward and Ada Barker Schader. She was preceded in death by three sons, Billy Lee Fraley, Tommy Fraley and Vernon Fraley and five brothers, Jesse Schader, George Schader, Bill Schader, Austin Schader and Everett Schader.
She was a homemaker and a member of Greenland Church of Christ.
She is survived by three sons, Earvel Fraley and his wife Carolyn of Fayetteville, A. J. Fraley and his wife Debbie of Greenland and Chris Fraley; two daughters, Floy Jenne of Greensboro, North Carolina and Carolyn Whiteside of Greenland; grandchildren, Kem, Todd, Lisa, Traci, Carla, Shannon, Lisa, Jerrod, Dale, Christa, Laura, Jeff, Timmy, Tommy, Debra, Brenda and Samy; twenty-one great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 5, 2014 at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday at Greenland Church of Christ followed by burial at Hazel Valley Cemetery.
