I just now found out that Ronnie Jo was no longer with us. She was such a sweet child. I remember the year that I played Santa at school. Laura helped me get dressed at the motel and then we headed off to school. The boys helped carry the goody bags from class to class and when we reached the 5th grade I lost my stuffing. Ronnie was so embarrassed because my stuffing was her bed pillow.
And then there was the winter that Laura and I took my daughter and headed up the hill and grabbed Ronnie Jo and went sledding. We started behind the school and aimed for down town Winslow, but as we talked about it, the thought of walking back up the hill made the ultimate ride loose it's appeal. So with my daughter on Laura's back and Ronnie on mine we settled for shorter rides. Such fun and such memories.

Ronnie you left us way too soon. I will always remember when you called me and stayed on the phone with me for over an hour when daddy passed. Your words of comfort will forever be appreciated. Uncle Mike and Shelby all our love to you both.
