Tammo Schwarz (Friend)
I knew Vicki when I spent a year in Yellville as an exchange student. The fact that she was very active with the youth group at church - and that I became close friends with Kevin - meant I was lucky enough to spend quite a bit of time at the Hollow. She was one of those grown ups that are able to connect with kids without having to be chummy ... that kids really like; but still respect. It certainly meant - and still means - a lot to me when - after I said that I'm an agnostic - she replied 'You may not believe in God ... but whatever you do believe in makes you a good person.'
