Violet Jane Hinkle's Obituary
Violet Jane Hinkle, 85, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012 in Fayetteville.
She was born July 19, 1927 in Lynn, Arkansas, the daughter of Samuel and Savannah Morgan Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl T. Hinkle on September 16, 2001.
She was a domestic engineer and was a car hop at Mel’s Diner in San Francisco where she met her husband, Earl.
She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Jane Young and her husband Bob of Eagle, ID and Tami Jo Hinkle of Fayetteville, AR and a grandson, Joe Young.
Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 2 at Moore’s Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday at Fairview Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
