Virginia C. Tucker's Obituary
Virginia C. Tucker, 85 of Springdale, AR passed away Sunday, December 5, 2004 in Springdale, AR. She was born April 2, 1919 in Fayetteville, AR to James Frank and Rachel (Guinn) Cook. She was a retired medical record transcriptionist with the Veterans Administration and a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. T.K. Tucker.
She is survived by one son, Theodore Kermit Tucker, JR of St. Paul, AR, three daughters, Anne Bland of Rogers, AR, Betty Kline of Lawrence, KS, Connie Slocomb of Livingston, TX, and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with the family present to greet friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home on Thursday, December 9, 2004 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at National Cemetery in Fayetteville, AR.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
