Virginia "Ginny" Parker
Ginny peacefully went home to the lord on February 6, 2007, at the home of her brother and sister-in-law in Fayetteville, AR.
Ginny was born December 6, 1933 in Brooklyn Township, IL.
Ginny is predeceased by her parents Charles and Elizabeth Akers of IL, her husband John Parker of Il, brothers Paul Hubbs, Leslie Akers, David Akers, and Charles Akers, all of IL., sister Imogene Cox of IL an great-granddaughter, Nicole Hartman of IA.
Ginny is survived by her children Pamela Kugel and son-in-law Robert Kugel of Arkansas, Chris Martin and daughter-in-law Cindi Martin of TN, step-daughter Sharon Whitman and her husband Robert of IA, step-son John "Butch" Parker of FL, sisters Zelma McCracken and Donna Reeves of AR, brother Max Akers of AR, brother-in-law Eugene Reeves and sister-in-law Sharon Akers both of AR and eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Ginny is also survived by numerous nieces a nephews.
Ginny will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother and friend, who had twinkling eyes, an infectious smile and a never ending supply of warmth and kindness to everyone she knew. Ginny will be missed by all.

A memorial service to be held, 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 10, 2007 at the Lord Of The Lake Lutheran Church in Diamond City, AR. A private burial service to be held this Spring in Iowa.
