Walter Crouch's Obituary
Walter R. Crouch , 87 of Fayetteville passed away May 19,2011 in Fayetteville. Walter was born December 5, 1923 in Youngstown, Ohio. He was the son of Ray and Lou Roberts Crouch. On July 3rd 1952 Walter was united in marriage with Helen Bohe.
Walter served his country during World war II with the 10th Batallion which was the ski patrol. Walter received the Purple heart award.
Walter is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen and a niece Vickie Osburn McClellan.
Walter was an avid golfer and bowler. He was a charter member of Brookehaven Country Club in Dallas Tx. Mr. Crouch also loved to cook. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Little Rock. Walter will always be remembered as a devoted and loving husband.
Survivors include nieces Patricia Osburn Hudgens, Fayetteville AR, Myralyn Osburn Arnold of Shalimer, FL., Carole Osburn MacGinnis, of Nova Scotia, Sandra Smith Mull of Tucson AZ., Vicki Bohe, of Georgia. Two Nephews Mark Bohe of Washington and Rex Smith.of Louisiana.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Friday May 27th 2011 at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers you may send donations to the Veterans Home in Fayetteville, The First Christian Church in Little Rock or The Childrens Hospital in Little Rock.
