Melissa, Brooks, William, Julia, Anna Belle andall the Swink family and Friends. We are Christian and Carolyn Eck of Calico Rock, Arkansas.Also a retired US Marine. First became aquainted with Walter and his family back in 1972. I had met Walter briefly as I left my family there and headed overseas. Returned in 1975 and then really became "fast friends" with Walter and Melissa From ther developed a lasting friendship filled with humor, exceptional knowlege sessions and sometimes "deep" discussions in which we learned much. When walter moved to Texas we would visit and enjoy his humor,exploits, and stories about life in the West Texas oilfields and ventures in Canton. Always went away better for the visits. We will share more today with the family and friends assembled. Walter will be long and lovingly remembered for all he contributed to the lives of many. May God be with hime and givehim rest and Heavenly Love.
