Chuck. I am very sorry and I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you.
Sincerely, Calvin
I met Sister Onnie in 1983 when I first attended People's Church (later Family Worship Center, currently GateWay Church). Over the years since then, her faithfulness to God, the evidence of a life of prayer, and her loving cheerfullness (even in times of stress or grief) have impacted my life. I've often thought I'd like to be like Sister Onnie "when I grow up". She loved life while she was here. I know that she joyfully rests in the arms of her Lord.
Chuck,
I'm sorry of the passing of your mother. Thank you for your kindness and help in years past.
Peace of the Lord,
Jerry
I remember as a child attending Bible School and having Wanda as my teacher. Not only did she teach the Bible to us kids, she taught us what it was truly like to be a Child of God from her example. Wanda was one of the most genuine, loving, giving, and kindest people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her family in their time of grief. God bless and comfort you all.
She was like a second mother to me in high school. She was one of the most generous and caring people I have ever met.
We are sorry for your loss.

What a wonderful lady who tolerated so many ideas, schemes, and fun from a couple of boys who tried it all! I'll never forget her sweet spirit and the many meals I had sitting as a guest at her table. My first memories of her were probably as the sunday school teacher who was so cool...I wonder how many children's lives she impacted!!!!
Then, almost simultaneously, I met her son...and the rest is our personal history. Chuck, you'll always be my best childhood friend. She assisted us through so many crazy days and never seemed to complain. (If she did, it was earned! HA) Hers was a life well-lived.
Our thoughts are with you during this time.
